The polar vortex hasn't stopped the sports world from sportsing

That said, there are some teams and athletes — pro and amateur — who are braving the crazy conditions to continue sportsing (even if it’s just for brief moments) as the polar vortex made the weather below freezing for the Midwestern and Eastern sections of the country, causing areas to shut down for the day as everyone stays inside to battle frigid conditions.
