Emerged from yellow pond mist, already staring in your direction. It strides forth without moving from its spot. The pond swells and shrinks in its diameter. Fish scream. The water now a mirror into which it floats above, gazing downward. Smiling absently at an impossible world. The pure lament of all things beautiful, for they are still shortcomings in the ducklings eyes. Nothing is as godly as the mirror below. Do not stare into the duckling's world, for nothing will ever compare, no action or object. No word. And it is at this point that you will be doomed to ugliness. You will wait for the duckling's visions, barefoot amongst the dew and worms searching for the yellow mist.

But it will not come. Not for you.

1. Left ear is gnarled.

2. Right eye has a permanent Quasimodo sag.

3. Nose is made unrecognizably crooked.

4. Hair lip forms from wound to target's mouth

Special:

Yellow Mist - The duckling only presents itself before sunrise near a pond. The yellow mist from which it emerges will transport anyone in its presence to the duckling's home. A formless yellow bio-dome where all creatures and things are formless and yellow and they would like to make you formless and yellow too so you will always feel ugly with them. Each hour spent within will require a save versus a random body part turning formless and yellow. This is irreversible and causes d2 Constitution damage per transformed limb. You will always think it's ugly and other people will too. Even if they say they don't. They do. And the only way out of the dome is to contradict the creatures endless murmurings filled with self-deprecating statements. One does so with compliments or words of encouragement. Each kind word uttered will noticeably shake the dome's foundation.

The Duckling's Angelic Mirror - 

Levitating above the pond in a state of blissful leering, the surface of the water will become a mirror for the duckling's ideal of beauty, an incomprehensible consideration towards purity and eternity, sexuality and selflessness of intention. Everything that it feels it is not. Gazing into this projection will require a save versus d4 Intelligence damage as what has just been viewed will forever exceed anything that this world can produce. Or so is the disposition thereafter. 

Swimming in the pond-projection will provoke the duckling. It will emit a horrible quack and after one round, if the individual still resides in the pond, the duckling will begin making diving attacks. Staying in the pond for six rounds will grant one bonus point to the total Charisma score. Your original features take on a noticeable refinement, not in any way that exactly fits into the prevailing cultural ideal of beauty, but in sheer presence and the surrounding air of singularity.
