I made this blouse today because we had a snow day. This is the third (or fourth?) time I've made this one and I have decided I'm going to make a few more because they go perfectly with my Bettie Page pencil skirt (that I'm wearing in the picture). And I can pretty much make them in any fun, novelty fabric I want :)
