Yesterday was the boyfie's and my cheat meal day.
Apparently cheat meals are only supposed to be on for either LUNCH or DINNER..but we went on a not so low/calorie free diet-spree.
The day before we had one of my all time favs : Chee Chong Fun @ Hartamas Square.
I had this bad random craving for sesame seed and chee chong fun. There was no curry sauce so i had the sweet sauce-d one. And no pics were taken because we were too hungry...wait i'll re-phrase that- i was too hungry and the boyfie couldn't be bothered.
Looks like my diet plan seriously went a little whack with uber fattening food(s)/beverage(s).
Monday : diet x 3 meals.
Tuesday : diet x 3 meals.
Wednesday : popeye's for lunch.
Thursday : Starbucks beverage (thank god i resisted their pastries!) for supper.
Saturday : Chee Chong Fun dinner.
Sunday : Coffee bean for tea ( i don't usually have tea time -.-" )
Monday : (today) diet diet diet and workout workout workout. T.T i can feel the fats piling in already.

Appetizers : Clam Chowder (soup was hella creamy and deeeeeeelishie!) Chicken Ceasar Salad & boneless buffalo wings.


Main course : Bbq-ed Beef ribs (very tender!) & Chicken & Shrimp Diablo.(i was too full from all the appetizer(s) only managed less than a quarter of my main course. Of course i "da-paoed the leftovers. Boyfie ate it for his breakfast. ) -_+
Desserts?

None. We were too full for any. (although i wanted mocha mud pie and..*is so greedy of sugary stuff*..more..)
Okay i'm no sweet toothed lass but i was just in one of my "sudden - craving - moods" for sugar and sometimes other strange random stuff like sesame seeds and agar balls/tong sui balls.

This was my tea time yesterday, right before the tgif.
Cheesecake wasn't all that but the frozen berry'd yoghurt was sour-y awesome!
And i like green tea frappies/blended creams.
Last 2 weeks ago, the boyfie and i had been whacking on Wendy's (at least 3 times/week for cheat meals!!)
he's trying to grow bigger and im trying so hard to shrink! okay not exactly shrink..but uh..burn off excess fats on belly thigh hip butt. workout + Wendy's = waste of time! -boo!
